ผู้หญิงคนแรกของโลก! ฟีฟ่า แต่งตั้ง “มาดามแป้ง” นวลพรรณ ล่ำซำ เป็นประธานคณะกรรมการ การพัฒนาของ FIFA วาระปี 2025-2029
นางนวลพรรณ ล่ำซำ นายกสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทยฯ ได้รับการจารึกชื่อเป็นผู้หญิงคนแรกของโลก หลังสหพันธ์ฟุตบอลนานาชาติ (ฟีฟ่า) ประกาศแต่งตั้งเป็นประธานคณะกรรมการ การพัฒนา ของ FIFA หรือ The Chairperson of FIFA’s Development Committee โดยมีวาระดำรงตำแหน่ง ตั้งแต่ปี 2025-2029
สภากรรมการของ สหพันธ์ฟุตบอลนานาชาติ (ฟีฟ่า) ได้มีมติรับรองอย่างเป็นทางการ เมื่อวันที่ 7 ตุลาคม 2568 แต่งตั้งให้ นางนวลพรรณ ล่ำซำ เป็นประธานคณะกรรมการ การพัฒนา (Development Committee) ของ FIFA
สำหรับ Development Committee เป็นหนึ่งในคณะทำงานหลักของ สหพันธ์ฟุตบอลนานาชาติ (ฟีฟ่า) ถือเป็น Standing Commitee หรือ คณะกรรมการประจำ ที่ขึ้นตรงกับ จานนี อินฟานติโน ประธานฟีฟ่า และ สภาฯ ฟีฟ่า ทั้งหมด
มีบทบาท และ หน้าที่สำคัญในการรับผิดชอบโครงการพัฒนาของ ฟีฟ่า ครอบคลุม และ ดูแล 211 สมาคมสมาชิก โดยจะวางแผนและเสนอกลยุทธ์ที่เหมาะสม , ตรวจสอบกลยุทธ์เหล่านี้เป็นระยะ และ วิเคราะห์การสนับสนุนที่มอบให้กับสมาคมสมาชิก , สมาพันธ์ และ สมาคมระดับโซน และ ภูมิภาคทั้งหมดทั่วโลก
นอกจากนี้ นายเลิศศักดิ์ พัฒนชัยกุล สภากรรมการสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทยฯ ยังได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นกรรมการ ประจำคณะสมาคมสมาชิกของ สหพันธ์ฟุตบอลนานาชาติ หรือ Member Associations Committee

Historic First Woman Appointed! Madam Pang Nualphan Lamsam Named Chairperson of FIFA’s Development Committee for 2025–2029
Nualphan Lamsam, President of the Football Association of Thailand, has made history as the first woman in the world to be appointed Chairperson of FIFA’s Development Committee for the 2025–2029 term.
The FIFA Council officially ratified the appointment on 7 October 2025, confirming Nualphan Lamsam as the new Chairperson of the FIFA Development Committee.
The Development Committee is one of FIFA’s principal Standing Committees, reporting directly to FIFA President Gianni Infantino and the FIFA Council.
It plays a crucial role in driving FIFA’s global development initiatives, covering all 211 member associations worldwide. The committee is responsible for planning and proposing appropriate development strategies, regularly reviewing and monitoring their implementation, and evaluating the support provided to member associations, confederations, and regional or zonal bodies under FIFA’s framework.
In addition, Mr. Lertsak Pattanachaikul, Executive Committee Member of the Football Association of Thailand, has also been appointed by FIFA as a member of the Member Associations Committee.
